Final package received from Mindy!

I received my final package from Mindy C. for our Sweet Goodness Sister Swap.Looky what she sent!

Mindy sent me this lovely tote bag and look at the front pocket can you see my lady bug,she is cute!

The tote bag is just the right size and is already in use,I am crocheting hats and scaves for 3 of my granddaughters and it all fits in the tote and I love the pockets,I also received this wooden letter J and have it hanging by by desk and it is my favorite color blue,she sent me 2 kinds of coffee ( cinnamon vanilla nut and raspberry and cream, which I have already tried and they are yummy,I received a homemade mixture for brownies,which I will make for New Years Day and she sent me a can of Mindy's BAM seasoning which hubby says he wants to try on our chicken (baked) ,she also sent me the cutest little metal chinese windchime which is hanging with my others in my collection,I also have the cutest little measuring spoons with snowmen on the handles,which I will definately use,a recipe book called The Country Friends Collection- Main Dishes,which I have already found some recipes I want to try,Mindy also sent me a Happy Holidays card. Thank you Mindy for everything you really made sure you got to know me because everything you sent me is exactly what I like.Thanks again you are the best!

I want to thank everyone who sent something the week of Christmas,I was unable to respond sooner because I have had surgery and only returned home Christmas Eve.So Thank you everyone and hope each of you had a wonderful Christmas!

Bumbles Groovy Crochet Group Secret Santa Package!

This package came at a great time! I received this awesome package from Cindy R. for our Secret Santa Swap.

Cindy sent me a pattern book for a mile a minute afghans,now I have something to do with my scrap yarn and my stash,lol also a beautiful tea mug with tea and cookies and stirrers, a scented candle in a tin -sugar cookies scented,she also sent me the cutest little stocking she crocheted and a Christmasy dress also crocheted,2 hand towels with snow flakes on them,a sweatshirt in my favorite color blue and the right size for my large body,lol she also sent me a journal and ink-pen, and a lovely silver cross,and a Christmas card,and a chocolate chip cookie in a Santa tin.I love everything Cindy,thank you so much from the bottom of my heart,and it was even more special because it arrived on my birthday!Merry Christmas!

I received my package from my secret santa Leanne yesterday!

Leanne sent me a beautifully hand stitched heart with the alphabets on it,my husband makes frames and he will frame this for me, and a pin cushion,never can have to many, and 2 skeins of Miami yarn in Miami blue,I just have to decide what to make with it,it is so pretty, and a Christmas design cross stitch pattern,I will do this one to hang next year,it is so cute it has a snowman and an angel on it,a key chain in the shape of her country Australia and a beautiful Christmas card with a hand written message inside. I want to thank you so much Leanne I love everything!

FALL FELTED BAG EXCHANGE

This is what I received from my Angel for the FFBE!

 I love the color and the design she chose and as you can see it was stuffed full.I like the little ties she attached to,keeps everything inside and neat.

OK this is what was stuffed in my bag.A book Pampered Poochies with the knitting needles included and the top of each needle has the cutest little poochies on them,and a book by Nicki Trendi-The Cool Girls Guide To Knitting,which I have already found a few patterns I want to try.MyAngel also sent me, 2 skiens of Patons SWS (soy wool stripe) in Natural Geranium,which I think is very pretty.I also received a bag of pistachios and a chocolate reindeer.Thank you to my Angel,I love everything you sent and it was all greatly appreciated. I will not post your whole name because I haven't asked you to do so.So my Angel was Heather E.

What I have been crocheting.

This is my first attempt at crocheting socks and they really were easier then I thought.I will deffinetly be making more like them.

Yep those I are my big feet.lol
